10 February, 2011 - Belgrade, Serbia - Member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia elected six new members to its Board of Governors at the 10th Annual AmCham General Assembly.

General Assembly.As a result of the votes of a majority of member companies, the Second Vice-President of the Chamber will be Miloš Đurković (Hewlett Packard Serbia). The new Secretary Treasurer is Stephen Fish (Ernst & Young Beograd), and the four untitled members of the Board of Governors are Zoran Petrović (Raiffeisen bank), Ivan Vujačić (Eurobank EFG), Jelena Kralj (Pedersen & Partners) and David Banjai (Ball Packaging Europe Belgrade Ltd). Vladan Živanović (Microsoft), Matthew Perkins (U. S. Steel Srbija), and Borislav Miljanović (McCann Ericson Public Relations) will continue to serve as, President, First Vice-President and Untitled Board Member respectively.
