Sanja Brkić-Fakleš, Pedersen & Partners, appointed Co-chair of the British Croatian Business Network (BCBN)

Zagreb, Croatia - The British Croatian Business Network in Croatia and Pedersen & Partners executive search firm are pleased to announce that Sanja Brkić-Fakleš, Country Manager for Croatia at Pedersen & Partners, has been appointed as the new Co-chair of the Board of BCBN.

The British-Croatian Business Network is a non-profit international business group, established in 1999 by the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the British Business Group. Initially established to foster friendly relations between the two countries, the BCBN in Croatia has developed into an organisation providing forums for the discussion of key economic issues facing investors and existing businesses alike, promoting the highest standards of governance and business conduct during the transitional phase leading up to EU accession. Pedersen & Partners' office in Croatia was established in 2003 in Zagreb and is now headed by Sanja Brkić-Fakleš. Brkić-Fakleš brings 14 years of experience in executive search having been Managing Partner of Alter Modus and previously, Country Manager, Croatia for an international recruitment firm. Before going into executive search industry she worked as a Human Resources Manager. Brkić-Fakleš speaks fluent English and German. 

In her capacity as the Co-chair of BCBN, Brkić-Fakleš will promote closer business ties between Croatian and British companies and provide assistance to companies seeking advice and guidance with management and business issues both in Croatia and Great Britain.
