Pedersen & Partners adds Senior Consultant in Poland

Warsaw, Poland - Pedersen & Partners, a leading international executive search firm is pleased to announce that Edyta Dawidczyk joins the firm as a Senior Consultant in Warsaw. In the new role she will be responsible for client relationship management and execution of senior level recruitment assignments in Poland and the CEE region across Pedersen & Partners’ organisation.

Edyta Dawidczyk has over 12 years of experience in executive search in Poland and the Central & Eastern Europe region. Her track record includes working primarily within the Industrial, Procurement & Supply Chain, Consumer Products & Services and Health Care sectors across all senior functions. She serves her clients, both international and local companies in manufacturing, operations, human resources, production and technical, finance, sales and marketing functions. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, she was a senior member of another leading international executive search firm in Poland.

Edyta Dawidczyk has a MA in Psychology from Catholic University of Lublin in Poland, additionally completed postgraduate business study at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She speaks native Polish and fluent English.
