Pedersen & Partners appoints Matej Mrak as Country Manager for Slovenia
Ljubljana, Slovenia - Pedersen & Partners, a leading executive search firm, has announced today the appointment of Matej Mrak as Country Manager for Slovenia. In his new role Mr. Mrak will be responsible for client relationship management and execution of senior level recruitment assignments.
Matej Mrak has rich experience in consulting, assessment and recruitment having held several senior positions in the HR & Recruitment industry in the past, most recently with Microsoft, focusing on international talent acquisition and development, as well as leadership and management excellence. He has successfully managed international search projects in IT, banking, hospitality, manufacturing, retail and direct marketing sectors, covering the CEE Region.

Mr. Mrak holds a B.A. degree in Sociology – Human Resources, and is currently completing his Master studies in Human Resources in University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences. In addition to his native Slovene, he speaks fluent Croatian, Serbian and English, has a good knowledge of German and an understanding of Italian and Czech.
