VIENNA, AUSTRIA - Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm, has today announced several new additions to its Austrian office and thus strengthening its international footprint.
Kristian Pedersen has been appointed as Country Manager of Austria for Pedersen & Partners. He is also a Principal in charge of Pedersen & Partners’ global Consumer Products Practice. Mr. Pedersen takes on the responsibility for continued development and growth of Pedersen & Partners’ business in the Austrian market, utilizing the firm’s wide geographic coverage and deep industry expertise to assist local and international clients in attracting senior management talent.
Mr. Pedersen joined Pedersen & Partners in 2008 and prior to moving to Vienna he was based in Bucharest. Before joining Pedersen & Partners Mr. Pedersen worked as Head of Scandinavian Research at ISS Europe (now RiskMetrics Group) in Belgium. He also has management experience from Germany, France and Portugal. He has successfully managed to develop a large portfolio of loyal clients and recruited for positions of CEO, COO, CFO, HRD, Sales Director and Managing Director predominantly within the Consumer Products sector. Mr. Pedersen holds a Post-graduate degree in European Economics from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium and a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Southern Denmark.
Simultaneously, Conrad Pramböck joins the firm as Head of Compensation Consulting for Pedersen & Partners. Also based in Vienna, he is responsible for consulting companies on all aspects of executive compensation, including providing companies with up-to-date market information on salary ranges and design of bonus systems across all industries and geographies.
Before joining the firm, Dr. Pramböck held several senior positions in international consultancy firms, and for the last 7 years worked with one of the top Austrian executive search firms as the Head of Compensation Consulting. He was responsible for all international compensation consulting activities and developed and maintained an international compensation database in 40 countries. Dr. Pramböck holds a PhD in Law from the University of Vienna.
Katharina Kaiser joins Pedersen & Partners as a Senior Consultant. Ms. Kaiser has worked for over 8 years in one of the top Austrian executive search firms. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in assessment and recruitment of senior professionals in Austria and throughout Europe, with a particular focus on Consumer Goods & Retail industry. Ms. Kaiser holds a Master Degree in History and German Literature from University of Vienna.
