Ahmad Ismail is a Principal and Country Manager for Egypt at Pedersen & Partners. Previously, Mr. Ismail was an Executive Manager at Ernst & Young, heading the Performance Improvement unit in Egypt. Prior to that, he was a founding partner and a senior member of Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS), Integrated Education Solutions (IES) and Business Development Solutions (BDS) since their establishment in 1996. In the course of his career, he provided consulting services in areas such as executive recruitment, human capital and organisational development, market studies and industry research, professional training and executive coaching, as well as strategic management.

Mr. Ismail holds a BA in Economics with a Minor in Computer Sciences, a postgraduate diploma in HR Management from the American University in Cairo, Egypt, and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in Netherlands. He is also a fellow member of the Academy of Marketing Science. Mr. Ismail speaks native Arabic and fluent English.
