Caterina Constandinou is a Country Manager for Cyprus at Pedersen & Partners. Ms Constandinou has worked in the Executive Search and recruitment industry for over ten years. Most recently, she was the Managing Director of an Executive Recruitment Consulting Firm with responsibilities for Cyprus and the Middle East. In the course of her career Ms Constandinou has also worked in the hospitality industry, banking and in the media & communications fields.

She graduated the Economics Faculty of St. Nicholas Lyceum in Cyprus, and in addition to her native Greek speaks fluent English and conversational Spanish.
