Niloofar Moghadam is a Consultant and Head of Tehran Office. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms Moghadam was with Henkel Group in Iran. During her career Ms Moghadam has held roles at multinational companies within the Trading, Oil & Gas, and FMCG industries focusing on HR strategy, policies and systems, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.

Niloofar Moghadam holds Masters degree of HR Management from Payame Noor University in Tehran, Iran. Her Bachelor Degree is in Clinical Psychology from Azad University in Tehran. Ms Moghadam is a Member of the Iranian Psychology and Psychiatry Association (IPA). In addition to her native Persian, she speaks fluent English, has a good understanding of Swedish and Norwegian, and basic knowledge of French.
