Minerva Cernea is a Principal and the Head of Industry Practice. Ms Cernea was a Country Manager for Romania with Pedersen & Partners from 2003 to 2006, and has subsequently moved to Canada to head the operations in North America. Previously she worked for eight years in electronics research and two years as a Marketing Manager with IMC of Apple Computer in Romania.

Minerva Cernea holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and an Executive MBA from the International Executive Development Centre in Bled, Slovenia and she is pursuing PhD in International Psychology at Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition to her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English and French.
