Martyn Wickens is a Principal, Regional Consultant and Country Manager Poland at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Wickens joined the firm in 2005. He has worked in marketing in both the FMCG and HOREC sectors and, before moving to CEE, was Director of Sales & Marketing for the largest independent sports and leisure operator in the UK. Latterly, before joining Pedersen & Partners, he was Business Development Director for a major player in the international recruitment market.

He holds a degree in Economics and International Politics from the University College of Wales Aberystwyth. In addition to his native English, Mr. Wickens has a good understanding of Russian and French.
