Arthur Oleinik

Arthur Oleinik is Country Manager, Belarus and a Regional Consultant with particular focus on consumer products companies. He joined Pedersen & Partners in 2007. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners Mr. Oleinik was a Marketing Director at Mobile TeleSystems in Minsk, Belarus and before that he worked for almost ten years at Philip Morris both in Minsk and Moscow where he held executive positions in Marketing and Sales. Mr. Oleinik has a degree in Multichannel Communications from Minsk University of Radio Engineering and a degree in Finance from the Minsk Economic University. In addition to his native Belarusian, he speaks fluent English, Russian and conversational German.
