Gautier Vasseur

Gautier Vasseur is a Partner and Head of Russia and Central Asia with Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Vasseur has been with the firm since 2003, first working in the Prague office, then out of Moscow. Mr. Vasseur has successfully completed over 200 recruitments of Senior, Board and Supervisory Board level across all sectors in CEE, Russia and CIS countries. Before working in the executive search industry, Mr. Vasseur implemented direct operations for Peugeot and later Renault Trucks in Central Europe. Mr. Vasseur holds an MBA from Chambery Graduate Business School in France; he also graduated with a Specialised Master’s Degree in Intercultural Management. In addition to his native French, he speaks fluent English and German and is able to communicate in Russian.
