Igor Kabuzenko

Igor Kabuzenko is Country Manager Ukraine and Senior Consultant, CIS. He joined Pedersen & Partners in 2005 and, since then, has completed a number of senior level searches across a wide range of CEE/CIS geographies and sectors including Private Equity, Investment Banking, Retail/Wholesale Banking, Real Estate, IT/Technology, Pharma and Manufacturing. Prior to joining the firm, for three years, Mr. Kabuzenko was a Partner in a leading Ukrainian recruitment company. He also worked for four years in management consulting concentrating on strategy/investments and has been for seven years a Supervisory Board Member of an electronic components manufacturer. A graduate in Professional Management from the Open University Business School in the UK, Mr. Kabuzenko is also a member of the Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants. He is a regular presenter at management seminars and, in addition to his native Ukrainian and Russian, speaks fluent English.
