Minerva Cernea

Minerva Cernea is a Senior Consultant. Ms Cernea has worked in executive search since 1997 and has completed over 400 searches. Ms Cernea served as a Country Manager with Pedersen & Partners, Romania from 2003 to 2006, and has subsequently moved to Canada to head the operations in North America. Previously she worked for eight years in electronics research and two years as a Marketing Manager with IMC of Apple Computer in Romania. Minerva Cernea holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and an Executive MBA from the International Executive Development Centre in Bled, Slovenia. In addition to her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English and French.
