Sanja Brkić-Fakleš

Sanja Brkić-Fakleš was appointed Country Manager at Pedersen & Partners in Croatia as a result of Pedersen & Partners’ acquisition of Alter Modus executive search firm. Ms Brkić-Fakleš brings 14 years of experience in executive search in Croatia having been Managing Partner of Alter Modus and previously, Country Manager, Croatia for an international recruitment firm. Before going into executive search industry she worked as a Human Resources Manager. Ms Brkić-Fakleš was a Board member of AmCham in Croatia for 2 years and is now a co-chair of the Board of BCBN (British Croatian Business Network.) She has a Law degree from University in Zagreb, Croatia. In addition to her native Croatian, Ms Brkić-Fakleš speaks fluent English and German.
