Carlos Recarte O'Ryan

Carlos Recarte O’Ryan is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners.  For more than a decade before joining the firm, Mr. Recarte held senior positions in the Executive Search industry in Spain and in Latin America, specifically in Argentina and Brazil. He is a generalist with a wide experience in the FMCG and Retail sectors as well as the Health Care industry. During the course of his career, Mr. Recarte headed the Consultancy Division of a Human Capital Services firm, was the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager at an Executive Search firm, and a Senior Consultant and Manager of a Marketing and Training firm.

Mr. Recarte has a degree in law from the San Pablo CEU Madrid University as well as a PDD from IESE Business School. He speaks native Spanish and is fluent in English.
