Eva Alberte

Eva Alberte is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners in charge of the Financial Services practice for the Baltics. Ms. Alberte has more than ten years of management experience in Human Resources having previously worked as the HR Director for the professional services company, Ernst & Young Baltics, and as the Head of HR at Parex Banka as well as the HR and Administration Director at Aldaris, Carlsberg Group.

She studied English language and literature at University of Latvia and attended professional development programs in HR & Management organized by Ernst & Young. Ms. Alberte is MBTI certificate accredited and is also a member of the HR Club. In addition to her native Latvian, she speaks fluent English, Russian, and has a working level Swedish.
