Hiba Al Ariss

Hiba Al Ariss is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Ms. Al Ariss started her career with Patchi, the region's leading chocolatier, as a Marketing Coordinator.  Her career extended to international Executive Search firms across Beirut, Lebanon and later in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where she learned and honed the particulars of Executive Search. Her previous position before joining Pedersen & Partners was a Corporate Recruitment & Selection Specialist at INTEGRA Publishing & Marketing Solutions - a MENA region, GCC, Europe, Asia and Africa publisher with over 3,000 employees.

Ms. Al Ariss has Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Hariri Canadian University in Lebanon. Ms. Al Ariss speaks native Arabic and fluent English.
