Karin von Bismarck

Karin von Bismarck is a Principal with focus on the DACH region at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. von Bismarck has a wealth of experience in HR Services, including Executive Search, Management Consulting and business development in Europe, Russia and CIS region. Her track record includes advising major multinationals on HR and sales efficiencies in Germany, Switzerland and Russia and conducting senior level recruitments across Russia and CIS region. Ms. von Bismarck was also the Executive Officer in Russia and CIS countries for a leading pharmaceutical company and, earlier in her career ran her own recruitment company in the UK, focusing on CEE markets.

Ms. von Bismarck holds a PhD in General Management and Organisational and Market Psychology from the Georg-August-Universität of Göttingen in Germany, where she also graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Pedagogy and Training skills. In addition, she studied law and economy at the Philipps University of Marburg. Ms. von Bismarck speaks native German, fluent English and can communicate in Russian and French.
