Kristina Vaivadaite
Kristina Vaivadaite is a Partner and Country Manager, Lithuania. Ms Vaivadaite has worked in the executive search industry in the Baltics since 2001, and is with Pedersen & Partners since 2004. She has completed more than 300 search assignments. Before entering the executive search industry, Ms Vaivadaite was involved in HR consulting for a number of years.
She holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Vilnius University. In addition to her native Lithuanian, Ms Vaivadaite speaks fluent English and Russian.
