Olga Berezovskaya

Olga Berezovskaya is the Head of Retail and Consumer Products practice for Russia and CIS at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Berezovskaya has worked in the Executive Search and Recruitment industry in Russia since 1998. During her tenure with a leading Russian recruitment firm she was Partner in charge of setting up the Retail Practice and focused on projects in the FMCG and Retail sectors. Most recently, she was an HR Business Partner at Philips responsible for Russia, Belarus & Central Asia.

Ms. Berezovskaya holds a degree in Economics and Management in Business from the Moscow University of Consumer Cooperation. She speaks native Russian and fluent English.
