Olga Eastman

Olga Eastman is a Consultant, based in Shanghai. Ms. Eastman joined the Executive Search industry in Shanghai in 1998 and has since gained extensive experience in assessment, evaluation and recruitment of senior professionals as well as built practices of leading international Executive Search firms in China and throughout Asia, with a particular focus on Manufacturing and Consumer Industries.

Ms. Eastman holds a Master of Arts Degree in Japanese Language, History & Politics from the Far Eastern State University in Vladivostok, Russia and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Capilano College, North Vancouver, Canada. In addition to her native Russian, she speaks fluent English as well as Mandarin, and has a good understanding of Japanese.
