David Hughes joins Pedersen & Partners US’ Team as a Client Partner
September 14, 2022 – San Francisco, USA – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 54 wholly-owned offices in 50 countries, has strengthened its US team by welcoming David Hughes as a Client Partner based in San Francisco, California. In this role, Mr. Hughes will focus specifically on Technology & Digital and Private Equity clients.
David Hughes has a strong history in the Technology & Digital and Private Equity sectors, with 15+ years of C-suite Corporate Leadership, Management Consulting, and Executive Search experience in high-growth markets. Throughout his Executive Search career, David has served in leadership roles placing sales, marketing, and cybersecurity leaders for diverse clients, from start-ups to technology multinationals and Venture Capital clients. David has launched several successful Executive Search practices from scratch, with a solid track record in building long-term strategic partnerships with clients. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, David was the Vice President of Sales for a global IT Services & Consulting organization. In this capacity, he oversaw all direct and channel sales initiatives within the organization and expanded talent acquisition operations across the group.
