January 18, 2022 – London, UK – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm with 54 wholly-owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Dominic Oldfield as a Client Partner and Global Head, Agribusiness Practice.
Dominic Oldfield specialises in agricultural crop inputs and crop innovation markets globally, working with start-ups, PE/VC-backed firms, and global billion-dollar companies alike, leveraging over 20 years of recruitment and senior-level search experience. Dominic’s key expertise lies in global crop inputs and digital farming, with a specific focus on global functions, including regulatory affairs, portfolio and product development and marketing, commercial, territorial, and sales leaders, and senior GMs and executives. Dominic’s client partners include large chemical/pesticide manufacturers, crop nutrition companies, seed and trait companies, bio-solutions, and Ag-Tech firms from start-up/early funding to globally developed market leaders. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Dominic served as a Managing Director of the Industrial Practice and co-led the Global Agriculture Practice of a global search firm, growing the business segment across EMEA. Earlier in his career, he built an entire client base for a newly-established but global-reaching boutique search firm focused on life sciences and agricultural markets, and quickly grew the business to become a significant leader in global crop inputs, with offices on three continents and multi-million revenues.
“At Pedersen & Partners, we focus on building long-term relationships with leaders – whether clients or candidates. Dominic’s reputation as an industry leader and committed search partner will help us to drive an even greater impact for our clients in the Agribusiness sector globally, leveraging our pre-eminent position serving high growth, entrepreneurial clients in both developed and developing and emerging markets. We are delighted that he is joining Pedersen & Partners to help further our growth and continue to deliver world-class talent to organizations seeking the next generation of leaders,” said Mark Paviour, Country Manager for the United Kingdom at Pedersen & Partners.
“Pedersen & Partners is committed to providing its clients with in-depth global and regional insight and the right leadership, which will allow me to continue to follow my passion of serving mission-driven clients and candidates. I look forward to contributing to the growth of the Agribusiness Practice, working with talented colleagues across the globe to ensure that the agriculture sector and those that work within this critical space are provided with the best possible leadership talent to ensure food security and to better protect the environment,” added Dominic Oldfield, Client Partner and the Global Head of the Agribusiness Practice at Pedersen & Partners.
