Iuliana Sarari is a Research Centre Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. She joined the firm in 2011 as a Research Analyst assisting consultants with candidate sourcing, evaluation, and selection for search assignments within emerging markets. In 2012 she took over the Shared Resources Centre Codifications Team Lead role, and later Ms. Sarari was promoted to Shared Resources Center Business Development Team Lead and supported the firm’s Consultants across Southeastern Europe, Central & South Asia, and Africa. In 2017 she was appointed as the Head of Pedersen & Partners’ Balti office and simultaneously served as the Integration & Training lead within the HR Department for the following two years. As a Research Centre Program Manager, Ms. Sarari oversees the smooth execution of cross-border Executive Search projects across the firm’s covered industries, ranging from team assembly to monitoring each phase of the assignment.
Ms. Sarari holds a Master’s degree in Education Sciences, Modern Educational Technologies and Principles in Foreign Languages from the Alecu Russo Balti State University, in Moldova. She speaks native Romanian, fluent English and can communicate in Russian.
