Natalia Kholina

Ms. Kholina has extensive expertise in the agriculture sector, advising companies seeking to compete through the innovative use and development of technology. She brings a deep understanding of the agricultural production value chain and its challenges, and serves as an adviser to producers, suppliers, and buyers of food products, both in the CIS and globally. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Kholina was a Partner and the Head of the Agricultural Practice of a Russian consulting firm specialised in the assessment, formation, and development of leadership teams. Before the start of her Executive Search career, she was a senior-level executive, occupying key executive positions in recognised agribusiness companies. Ms. Kholina spent over a decade with the global food corporation Cargill in Russia as a Key Account Manager, served as the Head of Sales department for Rusagro, Russia’s leading agribusiness group, and as a Procurement Manager with Malteurop, a world leader in the malt industry.

Ms. Kholina holds multiple degrees: an International Marketing Management degree from Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, an International Business and Management Studies degree from Rennes School of Business in France, and a Civil Law LLM from Kuban Social Economics Institute. In addition to her native Russian, Ms. Kholina speaks English, Dutch, and Italian fluently.
