Sandrine Karlsson Peraldi is a Client Partner with Pedersen & Partners and part of our team in the Nordics. Ms. Karlsson Peraldi has built a search career that spans over two decades. She has extensive experience with several international Executive Search firms in Asia Pacific and Europe, focusing on the Consumer & Retail and Life Sciences & Healthcare industries. Ms. Peraldi has also gained in-house talent acquisition experience with a British multinational communications firm, as Director of APAC Talent Acquisition. She brings profound expertise in Talent Search and Management, Employee Engagement, Human Resources Consulting, and Succession Planning. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Karlsson acted as Head of Talent for a Green Energy start-up company in Sweden.
Ms. Karlsson holds a Diploma of Chinese Advanced Studies – from Beijing University of Foreign Languages and a double Master’s degree in Chinese Studies and Political Sciences from the University of Languages and Social Sciences and the Institute of Political Sciences, Aix-en Provence, France. She is a certified IECL organisational coach. Alongside her native French, Ms. Karlsson speaks English and Chinese, and can communicate in Swedish.
