Lukasz Urban

Lukasz Urban is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Urban held a senior position at a leading international Executive Search firm in Poland, focusing on projects in professional advisory services, industrial, TMT, healthcare, and  capital markets sectors. Before that, he was Vice President at PZU Asset Management with responsibilities for portfolio accounting, new product development and non-public markets. Earlier, Mr. Urban worked in London as advisor with the European buyout team at 3i Investments Plc. His experience also includes managerial positions in healthcare and telecommunications in Poland.

Mr. Urban holds an MBA from IESE Business School, Master of Science from Yale University and Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College. He speaks native Polish, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
