Mona Neagoe is a Partner at Pedersen & Partners. She is the Country Manager Romania and also oversees Moldova, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Ms. Neagoe joined Pedersen & Partners in 2005 and since then she has completed over 250 successful projects within the private equity, financial services, consulting, technology, FMCG, pharma and manufacturing sectors in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Hungary. Previously, she worked for ten years with Andersen/Ernst & Young in audit, transaction advisory and business risk services.

Mona Neagoe graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and holds an Executive MBA from IEDC Slovenia. In addition to her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English.
