Ana Flores Acuna is a Principal and the Head of our Mexico Industrial practice, based in Mexico City.
Ana has over 15 years of Executive Search experience, focusing on leading searches for local and multinational clients. Throughout the course of her career in search, Ana has focused on the Industrial Sector, having successfully completed senior-level mandates for clients in automotive, aerospace, construction, mining, and industrial manufacturing. In the automotive industry, Ana's expertise is mainly focused on multinational Tier-1 and Tier-2 companies, conducting search assignments for highly specialized positions.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ana ran a boutique Executive Search firm in Mexico City. Earlier in her career, she was an Executive Talent Consultant and career coach, partnering with local search firms in Mexico, and guiding senior leaders in transforming their careers. Ana transitioned into Executive Search as Associate Director for a global retained search organisation. Ana started her professional career as part of the Human Resources team for Grupo Kuo Headquarters.
Ana earned a degree in International Business and Commerce Management from Anahuac University, Mexico. In addition to her native Spanish, she is fluent in English.
