Jaideep Nath is a Principal and the Head of Global Business Services Practice, India at Pedersen & Partners based in Gurgaon (New Delhi Area), India. Mr. Nath has over 26 years of experience in consultative B2B Sales, Operations and Business Leadership across a number of industries such as Off Shoring, Banking and Financial Services etc. While he focuses on the IT & ITES sectors specifically, Mr. Nath also works across practices like Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, and Consulting. At the beginning of his career he led the operations at Citibank in New Delhi. Later, he was a part of the team which set up the American Express Corporate Card business in India. In his role of the Regional Manager for American Express, he was responsible for the profitability of the Travel Network Business in India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan, expanding the network, ensuring compliance and providing a consistent customer experience across geographies. At Genpact, Mr. Nath held leadership positions in compliance, mobility & led the India Healthcare business. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Nath was the Chief Operating Officer for the Shared Service Centre for a privately held HR Consultancy firm.
Mr. Nath holds an MBA from the R. A. Podar Institute of Management in Jaipur, India and a B.Com. from the Panjab University in Chandigarh, India. He is fluent in English and can communicate in Hindi and Punjabi.
