Monika Kubickova is Client Partner and Head of the Financial Services Practice for Central and Eastern Europe at Pedersen & Partners. She is a seasoned Executive Search professional with over 20 years of experience specializing in senior appointments and business development across the international financial services sector. Monika has completed more than 300 executive mandates and led numerous leadership and management assessment projects, primarily within banking. In her earlier career, Monika served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a large, privately held international financial services group, as well as worked with ING Bank and Clifford Chance.
Monika Kubickova earned an MSc in International Relations and Business Law from the Prague School of Economics and holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a certified Hogan practitioner and is fluent in English and Italian, in addition to her native Czech.
