With over a decade of experience fulfilling senior leadership mandates across diverse industries, she partners with executives and boards at large local enterprises as well as multinational corporations to shape talent acquisition and development strategies that drive organisational success.
Within the Family Business Practice, she brings her strategic insight and hands-on approach to her leadership consulting work with rising generation leaders, focusing on capability building and emergence, while helping family-owned enterprises evolve forward. She guides clients through complex transitions, not as an end point, but as a strategic expansion, ensuring that leadership continuity and commercial growth go hand in hand.
Her sector experience spans FMCG, Aviation, Financial Services, Technology, Agriculture, Oil and Gas, and NGOs. Previously, she led talent advisory for a leading East African consultancy, headed operations at an IT firm, and managed HR for a major insurer, giving her a rare blend of commercial, operational, and people leadership insight.
Amrita holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Kingston-Upon-Thames, London. She has completed extensive post-graduate training in executive coaching, systemic team coaching, assessor skills development, and competency-based interviewing, and is accredited by multiple international psychometric assessment bodies.
