Annelore Bergman is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners, based in Zurich, Switzerland. With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, she advises international companies, privately owned businesses and private equity-backed organisations on senior executive appointments and leadership decisions across Switzerland and internationally.
Ms. Bergman focuses on C-suite, general management and senior functional leadership assignments, with particular experience across the Consumer, Industrial and AgriFood sectors, as well as Hospitality and Luxury. Drawing on her international business background and extensive executive network, she works closely with clients on leadership needs driven by growth, transformation, international expansion and changes in ownership.
Prior to her career in executive search, Ms. Bergman spent more than a decade in international marketing, strategy and commercial roles within multinational organisations, including L'Oréal and Swarovski. Her operational experience across consumer and luxury environments, combined with her executive search expertise, enables her to bring a pragmatic and commercially grounded perspective to leadership and talent decisions.
Ms. Bergman holds a B.Sc. degree and Diploma HES-SO in International Hospitality Management from EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne. She has complemented her academic background with executive education in leadership, sustainability and private markets at IMD, the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the University of Oxford.
A dual Dutch-Swiss citizen, Ms. Bergman is fluent in Dutch, German, Swiss German, English, French and Italian.
