Blues Zhao is a Client Partner and Managing Director - Greater China at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Zhao has over two decades of Executive Search, Leadership Consulting, and General Management experience across Greater China.
Mr. Zhao has built his expertise in executive search and strategic consulting by partnering with global multinationals, Fortune 500 companies and leading Chinese enterprises to strengthen their leadership teams and address complex organizational and talent challenges.
Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Zhao held senior roles with several global executive search and leadership advisory firms, where he served as Managing Partner and Executive Director. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zhao was the CHRO of Vanke Logistics, one of China's largest logistics companies under Vanke Group, where he led major organizational and people transformation initiatives. He also served as Managing Director at ChinaHR, one of China’s largest recruiting platforms. Prior to his executive search and HR leadership roles, Mr. Zhao spent more than a decade in management positions with FedEx and Staples across multiple regions.
Mr. Zhao holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Federation University Australia.
