Evgheni Croitoru is a Research Associate at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr. Croitoru has progressed through several key research and operational roles of increasing responsibility within the firm’s Shared Resources Centre, including Senior Research Analyst, Quality Codifications Lead, and Codification Manager. In his current role, he supports consultants in executive search projects across a broad range of industries and geographies through executive identification, candidate assessment, market intelligence, and market mapping. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Croitoru gained experience in customer service, inventory management, and database administration.
Mr. Croitoru is a graduate of the Faculty of Exact, Economic and Environmental Sciences of Alecu Russo Balti State University. In addition to his native Russian, he speaks fluent English and Romanian.
