Fredrik Torp is a Principal and the Global Head of the ESG Practice at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Torp has been working in Executive Search for over 17 years and brings extensive leadership, commercial, and consulting expertise gained across the hospitality, finance, consumer goods, and executive search sectors. He specialises in advising clients on senior-level appointments, leadership assessment, and talent acquisition, with a focus on ESG, sustainability, and transformation-driven mandates.
Throughout his career, Mr. Torp has held senior management roles with responsibility for business performance, strategy, and client development. He has a proven track record in building and leading teams, delivering organisational change, and supporting clients in aligning leadership capabilities with long-term strategic objectives.
Mr. Torp holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, and Marketing from Hotelschool The Hague and a Mini MBA from Probana Business School. In addition to his native Norwegian, he speaks fluent English.
