With over 25 years of international leadership experience, she advises Boards and C-level executives on strategic leadership and business development, senior talent, founders/CEO’s succession and high-performance leadership. She works across multiple sectors, including but not limited to production and manufacturing, technology and services, finance and insurance, retail and founders led businesses.
Inga has held senior roles across Europe, the UK, and EMEA, including Global Head of People & Performance for a FinTech, Board Member & Global HR Director for a UK&EMEA regional insurer, Group HR Director for Tech & Software business, Regional HR Lead for a Big4 firm and Head of HR for a retail firm. Her track record spans multicultural, matrix-driven businesses across tech, insurance, retail and professional services.
She holds a Master’s in Organisational Psychology, a Professional Coaching Certificate from Henley Business School, is a certified Board Member, as well as accredited as a Performance Consultant, Team Flow and Effectiveness by the Entrepreneurs Institute and holds multiple other certifications in board, performance and team effectiveness.
