Iraklis Papadopoulos is a Client Partner and Country Manager for Greece at Pedersen & Partners. He also oversees Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Israel teams. With 24 years of executive search experience, Mr. Papadopoulos has conducted numerous top-level assignments, in Greece and internationally, for a variety of functions and industry sectors, including IT, Telco, BPO/CX, Financial Services, Energy, Industrial and Consumer Goods. Before joining the firm, he held leadership roles within the Professional Advisory, IT, Consumer Goods, and Higher Education sectors.
He studied Management at IE Business School and City College and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Sheffield. Apart from his native Greek, he speaks fluent English.
