Jessie Liu is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners based in Singapore. She has advised multinational organisations across APAC on senior leadership appointments in General Management, Commercial, and Finance functions.
Throughout her Executive Search career, Jessie has successfully completed placements across APAC, including appointments at Director, Vice President, and General Manager levels. She has also led market mapping and strategic consulting projects across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and the wider APAC region, supporting clients with leadership hiring and broader market intelligence needs.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Jessie spent close to a decade with a leading HR Consulting firm in Asia, where she drove regional Consumer and Healthcare assignments, built key client relationships, and collaborated closely with delivery teams across North and Southeast Asia.
