Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations across the Asia Pacific region, helping them strengthen leadership teams and drive business growth.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Chng led executive search and leadership advisory activities across South East Asia region. She has also held senior leadership roles in multinational organizations, where she was responsible for business development, client engagement, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Her experience includes working closely with organizations undergoing transformation, expansion, and change initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Chng held management positions supporting regional and global operations, leading cross-functional teams and overseeing key business initiatives. Her broad background spans client management, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and business consulting.
Ms. Chng holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics from Deakin University in Australia and is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
