Johan Wahlström is Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Johan is an executive search and senior HR leader with over 25 years of experience supporting C-suite executives and leadership teams across Europe and international markets. He has led numerous senior-level and cross-border assignments and is recognised for his expertise in executive search, leadership development, organisational trans-formation, and talent strategy. His experience spans the consumer, manufacturing, healthcare and private equity sectors.
Throughout his career, Johan Wahlström has held senior leadership and advisory roles within global organisations and executive search environments. This experience enables him to lead complex, multi-country assignments and advise boards and senior executives on change management, M&A integration, organisational design, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Having lived in seven countries, he also brings deep cross-cultural insight and a global perspective to his work.
Johan holds a BA (Honours) degree in International Business Administration from Regent’s University / European Business School in London. In addition to his native Swedish and English, he has working proficiency in Spanish and knowledge of French.
