Katharina Kaiser is Country Manager Austria at Pedersen & Partners and a Core Member of the firm's Global Family Business Practice. She advises owners, boards, and CEOs of family-owned and privately held businesses on leadership appointments, leadership transitions, succession processes, and growth and transformation initiatives. In addition, she supports international companies and corporations in the identification and assessment of senior executives.
With more than 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, she has an extensive track record of delivering senior management and C-level search assignments globally.
Through her long-standing work with family-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges that leadership transitions, succession, and growth create for organizations and leadership teams. She also works with internationally active companies headquartered in the DACH region, supporting them in executive appointments and succession projects worldwide.
She holds a Master's degree from the University of Vienna and speaks German as her native language, is fluent in English, and has conversational proficiency in French.
