Michael Larsen is a Client Partner - Energy, Renewable & CleanTech Lead at Pedersen & Partners, and working out of Austria. He served for more than a decade in management roles in banking institutions and then started his 17 years career at a global Executive Search and Talent & Organizational Advisory firm. He held leading roles in Denmark, Australia, South Africa and as the Managing Director for Austria for the last 8 years of his tenure.
Michael is core-team member in two of Pedersen & Partners’ Practice Groups: firstly Industrial, with special focus as Head of Energy, Renewable & Cleantech and secondly Private Equity. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Michael worked in senior global HR functions in multinational companies listed on the German DAX and the Austrian ATX stock exchange.
Michael holds an International Business Economics degree from the University of Commerce, in Aarhus/Denmark. He speaks Danish, German, and English fluently.
