Oyvind Bo is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners, with more than 20 years of experience advising boards, owners, and senior executives on leadership decisions that shape long-term organizational performance. His work focuses on executive and board-level appointments, succession planning, and leadership structures in complex governance environments across the DACH and Nordic regions.
He has led senior leadership and board mandates for listed companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity-backed organizations, supporting leadership teams through transformation, growth, and periods of strategic change. His experience spans healthcare, finance, industrials, and technology, working closely with executive teams on talent strategy, transformation initiatives, and cross-border growth.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Oyvind held senior leadership roles within the executive search and professional services sector, leading executive search and leadership advisory assignments across Europe. He partnered closely with boards and C-level executives on leadership selection, succession planning, organizational development, and talent strategy.
Earlier in his career, Oyvind gained broad commercial and consulting experience in international environments, building a strong foundation in business analysis, leadership effectiveness, and organizational design.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and a CEMS Master in International Management from Vienna University of Economics and Business.
