Ronny Frydberg is the Country Manager for Israel at Pedersen & Partners, a position he has held for over 17 years since joining the firm in 2007. Mr. Frydberg brings extensive executive search experience, leveraging his deep understanding of leadership dynamics and talent acquisition. Prior to his tenure at Pedersen & Partners, he gained over 20 years of management experience at Hewlett-Packard Israel, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he was responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company’s operations, overseeing over $400 million in annual revenues and 800 employees.
Mr. Frydberg holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University, U.S.A. He is fluent in English and Hebrew.
