With experience in executive search, she combines strong access to leadership talent with a clear understanding of brand-led business models, as well as creative and commercial leadership roles across evolving consumer markets.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Sarah gained experience in executive search, managing mandates across complex sectors and overseeing the full search process, from market mapping to candidate engagement and placement.
She also brings direct experience from the digital fashion and lifestyle industry, providing her with a strong understanding of brand ecosystems and product-driven organisations.
Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Economics and speaks fluent German and English.
