Previously, Sarah served as a Senior Consultant and later as a Key Account Manager with a multinational executive search firm, where she led cross-border assignments and acted as the primary point of contact for major global accounts. Her core expertise lies in delivering senior-level searches across the Industrial, FMCG, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sectors, complemented by experience supporting start-up firms through critical growth phases.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from University College Dublin and is fluent in English and German, with conversational proficiency in Spanish.
