Thomas Narbeshuber is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners based in Hungary, focused on the industrial space across Europe. Throughout his international career in the Netherlands, France, Germany, China and Central & South-Eastern Europe, Thomas has developed a broad intercultural perspective and a leadership style grounded in global experience.
With an in-depth understanding of both developed and emerging markets, Thomas is a seasoned executive recognized for driving innovation and transformation in cross-cultural environments. His leadership scope has included strategy development and execution, operations, innovation, portfolio management, multicultural team development, and stakeholder engagement across industry and policy networks. His operational expertise ranges from overseeing large production sites to steering entrepreneurial ventures.
Beyond his former leadership at BASF, Thomas actively shaped the regional business landscape. He served on the board of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, lead the EU Green Deal Working Group within the Chamber, and chaired the Sustainable Growth Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. Additionally, he was the designated speaker for South-East Europe at the German-Eastern European Business Association in Berlin.
Besides his role in Pedersen & Partners Thomas is a faculty member of SEED Executive School in Budapest and a senior lecturer at MCI in Innsbruck.
Thomas Narbeshuber is Austrian by origin, studied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Vienna and holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University Twente in the Netherlands.
