Wolfgang Kick is a Client Partner based in Munich, Germany, bringing 25 years of experience in Executive Search and Talent Advisory. He has a proven track record of successfully delivering senior assignments for both large, international clients and fast-growing startups, with a particular focus on the Sustainable and Renewable Energy, and Cleantech sectors.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Kick held senior leadership roles at global executive search firms, including Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer positions. He has led executive search and leadership consulting projects across Europe, Asia, and Australia, advising clients in strategy consulting, financial services, and cleantech. His expertise spans recruiting for senior leadership and board positions, talent strategy, and organizational consulting.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kick held positions in the consulting industry, where he worked with high-profile clients across multiple industries, including cleantech, energy, and technology.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Regensburg.
